We inform you that the Council of Bureaux in Brussels at the General Assembly held on 08.06.2023 made a Decision to suspend the membership in the Green Card System of the Bureau of Iran. This Decision enters into force on 01.01.2024.

Green card holders are informed that the Macedonian green card is not valid for entry into the country of Iran and the field of the country has been crossed out on the green card forms.

Vehicles with Macedonian registration marks upon entry into Iran will regulate entry into this country, according to their national legislation.

Green cards issued by the Iranian Bureau will not be valid for entering the country after January 30, 2024.

Vehicles that are legally registered in Iran upon entering the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia after 01.01.2024 must take out a border insurance policy.
